Treatment starts with the inspection, because what a structure needs depends on how it's built and where the activity is — slab or crawl space, where the soil meets the wood, how the moisture is behaving.

The repair almost always costs more than the treatment.
Termites do their damage where you can't see it — inside walls, under floors, in the framing that holds the house up. The photograph is a joist in a crawl space, exactly as we found it: the grain eaten out along its length, the cavities packed with mud. Nothing was cut open to take that picture.
That's the whole argument for moving fast. Catch it early and it is often a treatment and nothing else; leave it and the repair bill starts running alongside it.

Subterranean termites come up out of the ground, so that is where the barrier goes: a trench cut along the foundation and filled with termiticide, to protect your home from termites for years to come.
It is not glamorous work and most of it happens where you will never see it — under the house, on our backs, with a flashlight. That is the job.

Liquid is not the only way to treat a house. Bait stations go into the ground around the structure, adding a protective barrier around it — termites feed at the station and carry it back into the colony.
Which one a house needs depends on the house. Some get liquid, some get bait, and plenty get both — that call comes out of the inspection, and you get the number before any of it starts.

Do I have to treat if you find activity?
It's your call. We give you the findings straight and a firm quote, and you decide. What we won't do is pressure you into work you don't need.
What if the damage is already done?
Treatment stops the colony; repairs are a separate job. We'll show you what we found so you know what you're dealing with before you call anyone else.
